Behind Bagels ’n Grinds is Adam Greenberg, a lifelong restaurateur who has dedicated his career to building restaurants that put quality and community first. From opening the first Bagels ’n Grinds in Hanover in 2012, to expanding to College Park and Potomac, Adam’s vision has been consistent: provide authentic New York–style bagels in a warm, customer-focused environment. Each location is equipped with a $50,000 glass-enclosed water purification system, ensuring every product meets the same high standard.
